It’s easy, at least for me, to always look for what’s wrong, what’s not going to happen, what’s missing, but for this year I want to see things in a new light. I want to enjoy what I do have and what is good.

I see that I’m much happier when I take things at face value.
I think they more we gain experience in life, learning from mistakes or hurts, we tend to overanalyze or read into a person’s motives. Stop. Give each person a new chance each time you are with them.
